Meet Cathy Sorbara: Inclusive Leadership

Because of the fruitful discussion at our recent event “The Leadership Screening and Panel Discussion”, we have organised a follow-up meet and greet with Cathy Sorbara, who actually went on a Homeward Bound cruise to learn about leadership (as the participants in the documentary did). We will discuss Cathy’s experience on the ship, the skills she learned, and continue our discussion on inclusive leadership. So please join us and continue this important dialogue!

Bio Cathy Sorbara

Cathy completed her PhD in 2014 at the Technical University of Munich, Germany in Medical Life Science and Technology. But when she moved to the Netherlands, Cathy decided to explore a different path. She now dedicates her time to creating a healthier planet and sustainable future. She is the Head of the Executive Director’s Office at Greenpeace International and is a volunteer at Project Fearless where she co-coaches ARTivism for Climate Action – an after school program for girls in Amsterdam where she teaches girls about climate change, using art as a medium to express themselves.
